Most things are simple but, at the same time, complex. Why? I believe that the meaning of life is love, yes! It sounds simple but reveals its complexity with profound reflection. So many things had been attached to it; in its pure form, love doesn’t have space for hate, selfishness, egocentricity, greed, jealousy, competition or anything related to low vibration. Love, in its pure form, is my interpretation of life.
Everyone has love, but to feel it, we must heal unnecessary ties from childhood, certain experiences, traumas, abandonment, judgment, fear, sadness, jealousy, etc. Those things are not part of who we are.
Love depth extends beyond emotions; it can recognize itself beyond the pain and frustrations of others or ourselves. Love perceives everyone as an extension of itself. Not knowing ourselves leads to frustration because we are not listening to our inner voice. Tapping into yourself and knowing who you are. Sit still, listen to the inner voice, feel it, and become nothing and everything simultaneously.
It is essential to remain in the burning desire to reach our goals, detaching it from everything unrelated to love. That being said, we must love everything; everything is one thing.
I wanted to be heard, understood and hugged when mad, sad or angry. It was coming from inside; that’s a job to do, being able to listen to ourselves by knowing who we are at all times, even if it hurts. Pain is good. It is good; it is part of the equation here. Feel it, learn, let go, and transform it into something tremendous and amazingly beneficial for you and others.
The good will always overpower the bad because it is a higher frequency that all of us can benefit from. Love will overpower so much to the point of staring all over again. For love. For the love of Humanity experiences.
Not everyone does and lives in the same situations or under the same circumstances. Still, it turns out that the answer is always the same: How much do you love yourself? That determines how much you can love others; the more you understand yourself, the more you understand others. Work on yourself, know yourself, love yourself, understand yourself and do what needs to be done to be a better you. Things can magically happen. It is to do the work as best as possible, and sometimes that implies being in solo time and separating from unnecessary things; it is being mindful of your time and energy and seeing further than the consequences of every action.
It is essential to understand that feelings and thoughts are energy, and for every feeling and thought, we produce certain chemicals that could make us sick or heal us, stressed or relaxed, sad or happy, and lower or elevate our vibration. Thoughts and feelings must be aligned and vibrating high. Being aware of those things and the consequences of being unable to control our emotions, we could think twice about our reaction and whether it is worth it or beneficial. I know it sounds easy, but it is not. It takes a lot of practice and, most importantly, indescribable spiritual pain, at least for myself. Once you realize the power of self-control, that everything is energy, you wouldn’t want to give it away or make anyone able to control it and not be aware.
The only way is to stay together, always. There are no separations.
You can only be unique by accepting everyone as they are. Everyone must go through their process.
Are you unique?
Love can awaken anyone desiring to heal themselves; it takes self-love work to see the parts of you that need healing and to be willing to do it. This realization is with the being to be.
Expressing ourselves is like a must-do.
We can understand profoundly and in many ways by continually working on ourselves.
It may seem we are losing battle after battle, but I believe in us and that things can change for the better in seconds. We need to be together by sticking together. Let’s spread no other than positivity all around us, even if we are having “a tough day.” Let’s show our smile.
